Police commemoration day celebrated in a religious manner in RTC CRPF Peringome. 21st October is celebrated every year as police commemoration day to pay tribute to the gallant acts of police personnel and to remember martyrs who laid down their lives while performing duties. It is started after the valiant act and bravery of CRPF personnel who attained martyrdom on 21st October 1959 against Chinese army at hot springs Ladakh . On the occasion ,Shri MJ Vijay DIGP paid tribute to martyrs at memorial along with staff and trainees. Various activities like games, seminar and cultural programs conducted at camp.
